WHAT IS A LIFE COACH?

A life coach is a trained professional that helps you maximize your full potential and reach your desired results serving as a motivation, accountability, and growth partner in any area of your life. It is the practice of guiding clients in the discovery of their true values and moving them forward in their life by helping to identify and clear away obstacles.

HOW IS A LIFE COACH DIFFERENT THAN A THERAPIST?

Therapists are trained to diagnose and treat mental health issues and focus on emotional healing, often diving into your past or subconscious. Life coaches are trained to help clients move forward, focused on present and future action with the aim of making positive changes in your life. 
Coaching is about goal setting, assisting with finding motivation, creating a solution-focused mindset, identifying and overcoming behaviors that are holding you back, and discovering your priorities.

WHAT PACKAGES ARE AVAILABLE?

I give my clients the valuable guidance and support they need at rates they are comfortable with paying. Coaching is a great option for everyone, whether you are working with a life coach for the first time or are a seasoned veteran.  

I have various packages available:

  • 45-minute session-one session for a single area of focus, or to try coaching out.

  • 3-session package to focus on a specific goal or tackle a couple of areas.

  • 6-session package to focus on a few areas. Lasting change takes place over time.
